Vivian Elfering was born at 10:03 today. she weighs 8 pounds and 10 ounces . She is 21 inches long.
Everything went very well and we are in recovery right now. the Dr’s were nice enough to allow Jill’s Mom to be in the delivery room with us so she got to see everything.

We are now at the Hospital. Jill is getting checked out and is about to get her IV. So far so good, and we were just notified that we wil be going in early for the C-section. 9:30 instead of 10.

Mommy made me a cake, and my Nana and Papa and some of my aunts, uncles and cousins came over for dinner, cake and presents! Thank you especially to Oma & Opa and Auntie Clare for sending presents for me even though you couldn’t be with me. I love them all!

For those of you who do not know Jill sleeps with a body pillow. I caught mac sleeping basically the same way, except with his blanket since we do not allow him to have pillows yet. I thought it was cute.
