Family in the Fall
We’ve had some great family time this fall!
We spent a day of MEA break back at the Waterpark at The Depot. Everyone seemed to enjoy the big pool this year!
We also tried out the “pumpkin patch” at Veteran’s Park. I had a coupon, so we thought we’d see what it was all about. They had inflatables – big slide, bounce house, and obstacle course – so the kids had a blast! They also had some games and, of course, a pumpkin patch! We even rented a surrey for a little ride around the pond.
Josie’s been working on signs and talking. It’s so fun to see her progress and her excitement and pride in her ability!
Trick-or-treating was an activity that everyone could enjoy this year! You might notice some revisited costumes thanks once again to the collection of our wonderful neighbors. I’m so happy that my kids are happy with what they’ve got instead of wanting and asking for new trendy costumes… at least so far.
And some family work (and fun) around the yard to help Daddy!
