Finally… A Middle Name!

I finally made up my mind on a middle name for Vivian. It took a while because of all the opinions I’ve been getting and my lack of decision-making abilities lately (maybe a bit due to lack of sleep?!)… I asked Jeremy to help me decide, but it turns out what I really needed was to talk it through out loud with him. I don’t know that he actually gave me an opinion now that I think of it – I think I just was able to decide after talking to him.
Vivian’s middle name is Cecilia! Vivian, for those who don’t know, is in honor of Jeremy’s paternal grandmother. Maybe he’ll post something about why he felt so strongly about naming her after his grandma – she sounds like a remarkable woman. Cecilia is in honor of both me and my mom. Each of us chose Cecilia as our confirmation name – I didn’t know it was also hers when I chose it for myself. Cecilia is the patron saint of musicians and church music. How fitting!
