More Moving

Jeremy worked today and I had to sing at a funeral this morning. I picked up Mac at Jane’s after that and headed to the house. He slept for a while and I had some lunch and started scrubbing the layers of grime off the stove grates. It was slow-going to be on my own with him and trying to still be productive, but I managed to accomplish a few things.
Jeremy got home around 5, and we made a plan for the evening. The Begalkes and some of the Wolfgrams were coming to help bring stuff from Roxi’s (our storage “annex”) and help with other projects. We got a LOT accomplished tonight! Tim and CJ stayed and worked together a little later than the rest, but I finally feel like we’re making progress.
We moved more into the kitchen, the bar got cleaned so we can start moving stuff into there, John and Steph washed walls in the rooms we’ll be painting, I got a few loads of laundry done, more stuff got moved to the now-clean basement rooms, and I’m sure a bunch more I’m forgetting…
Now home to clean up, get ready for tomorrow and go to bed. On tomorrow’s agenda: painting our bedroom and maybe Mac’s. Make sure to check out today’s photos and stay tuned!
