House-Hunting, Day 2

Our second day of house-hunting yielded more positive results overall. We found a very close second choice to the one we saw Saturday, moving the one on 71st down the list. We also added a distant fourth choice for one that is smaller than others we’d seen but in good shape and ok as far as the amount of space we would want. We saw one in Edina that was very similar to the one we like in Richfield, but it was smaller with not much room for expansion and no dining area or extra room for an office. We also saw two others that are in a “short sale” situation (close to foreclosure) that just needed too much work.
We have decided to make an offer on our first choice today… watch here for updates!
