Taking Care of Mac

So today Jill got to go to work and I got to take care of Mac. This will probably become more normal as Jill goes back to school, but today it is different.
I cannot say I was that surprised though with how things went. Jill has prepared me fairly well for a 4 month old, and let’s be honest, Mac makes it really easy. He is so good tempered it is easy to take care of him. Not to say it does not require lots of work, but at least he is good about telling you what he needs.
Jill was able to stop back a few times and that was nice as it gave me a break to do things like take a shower. I think though that we do a pretty good job of sharing the workload, even if sometimes one or the other gets the lions share, it does seem to even out in other ways. I think that is why we make a good team, we never complain that we are doing all the work, because we know it will switch the other way, and the other person will be there to bail us out.
