Summer?

What is this “summer” thing Mommy keeps talking about? Today she put some different clothes on me, took me somewhere where it was really bright and smelled different, and flashed more pictures of me. Oh, and she put a hat on my head – I thought I was done with those! She keeps talking about “our pool” as if it’s somewhere I’ll want to go with her. I don’t know about all of this, but the clothes sure were comfy, and I’m kinda getting used to the breeze. That new hat also kept the bright light out of my eyes.
We also went for a walk today. Daddy had my stroller in his car, so Mommy said we could try the “big boy stroller” today. She put that head thing behind me in the seat even though I told her I didn’t need it – I reminded her that since I’m three months old, I’m an infant now, and that head thing is for newborns. She didn’t listen. (Don’t tell her I said this, but it was more comfortable.) In my other stroller, I can’t see around too well, especially since on our last walks they had a big cover thing over my seat to keep me warm. It was fun to be able to see all around where we were walking – we even saw a muskrat by the creek! I guess I must have fallen asleep on our walk when Mommy took this picture. I just remember I woke up inside instead of outside.
