Family Visit

CJ was in his eighth grade play this past weekend, so my mom, dad and aunt Clare came to visit for the weekend and see the play. Mac got to meet Papa and Great Aunt Clare for the first time! We had a terrific weekend (after a bit of a cranky Friday). We spent lots of time over at Aunt Jo’s house where there is much more room. Saturday we missed breakfast because Mac was a bit pokey in the morning (still working on that feeding thing). He was awake and alert for most of the weekend and loved being held almost continuously!
Sunday, Mac spent the afternoon with Grandma Roxi while we all went to the play. They did “Fiddler on the Roof,” and CJ played Fyedka. He and all the rest of the students did an incredible job. I can hardly believe they are only in eighth grade! We were all very impressed. Then we had dinner at one of Clare’s favorite places, Convention Grill, and it was back to Jo’s for fun and more visiting. It was a wonderful weekend, but I think it work Mac out – yesterday he had his 2-hour morning nap then had two more naps throughout the day AND still slept at night!
