First Night in Atlanta

Well, I made it to Atlanta safe and sound for the National Educational Computing Conference. This year Cara and I are sharing a room, and it’s really nice to have the company!
The flight down was ok, once I got over panicking that I might feel nauseous while stuck in an airplane. It all turned out ok.
Cara and I had dinner at a highly recommended restaurant called Mary Mac’s, known for southern home-coookin’. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and were treated afterwards by the “good will ambassador” traveling the restaurant giving backrubs! What a great place!
Tomorrow is another light day with the conference opening keynote in the evening followed by a reception at the aquarium.
